Endless Blue captures one of those uncomplicated days by the sea,bright sky, deep blue water, warm sand, and nothing demanding your attention beyond the next wave.

Layers of cobalt, navy and turquoise stretch toward a distant horizon beneath a bank of soft white clouds. Gentle surf breaks along the golden shoreline, while a leafy branch entering from above gives the scene the feeling of looking out toward the water from a shaded spot nearby.

Painted in acrylic with loose, expressive brushwork and a deliberately simple composition, Endless Blue is less about a particular beach than the feeling of being there: sunlight, salt air, open water and room to breathe.

At 16 x 20 inches, this is one of my larger originals and has enough presence to hang on its own while remaining easy to incorporate into a living room, bedroom, beach house, coastal cottage or relaxed contemporary space.
